Vietnam’s national brand value improved

The ranking of Vietnam’s national brand value has continuously been improved on the world rankings and listed in the group of strong brands thanks to the Government’s efforts to reform the business and investment environment and the efforts in brand building by local enterprises. The information was released at the International Forum on Vietnam’s National Brands 2022 on Wednesday.

Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Do Thang Hai said that Vietnam is considered a bright spot for investors thanks to the remarkable increase in the national brand value plus its socio-economic achievements, improved position in the international arena, and  initiatives in international integration.

“When the world is changing, Vietnam has to expand its markets to increase its exports. When Vietnamese businesses have firmly developed their brands, their products will have more advantages and be accepted more easily in new markets,” Hai said.

He added, “Once a business has successfully built a brand, especially under the national brand program, it has satisfied three criteria set by the program: quality, innovation and pioneering capacity. In that case, the brand will certainly meet the needs and tastes of consumers abroad.”
