They are following up on the progress of the case at the Central Investigation Bureau after 8 months have passed with no progress. One of the victims said that he was the owner of a motorcycle parts manufacturing company and wanted to buy a tour for 35 employees to travel to Hokkaido, Japan during the past New Year as a year-end bonus. He found this tour company on Facebook, so he contacted the page to inquire, and the fake Dr.'s tour company invited him to buy a tour for 2.2 million baht. It turned out that 5 days before the flight, Dr. Kammalo contacted to say that he could not fly because the tour company was involved with the Fat and Thin tour company that was being sued, so the trip had to be postponed. However, he tried to find the truth and found that the company in question had nothing to do with the Fat and Thin tour company, but was a fake company that did not condu ct any tours at all. There were over 200 victims who were deceived by this fake tour company, with total damages of over 14 million baht. Importantly, this company also opened a page to trick Thais into working abroad with tourist visas, both in South Korea, the United Kingdom, and the United States. From the investigation, it was found that there were approximately 80 victims of this company who were tricked into working, with each person having to pay a broker fee of approximately 120,000-180,000 baht. The total damage from the tricked to work case was approximately 10 million baht. In summary, including the cases of fake tours and cases of tricked to work, the total damage was more than 24 million baht, with more than 300 victims. However, I filed a complaint with the Central Investigation Bureau last December, but after 8 months, there has been no progress in the case. Importantly, there are also detectives from Rat Burana Police Station who are related to Dr. Kammalo, the owner of this company, and a v olunteer lawyer who claims to be helping the victim, calling to threaten the victim, telling her not to appear on the show, not to file a complaint, not to file any complaints. If she filed a complaint, she should withdraw the complaint and will gradually return 100,000 baht per month. However, if she filed a complaint, complained to the media, or made any complaints, she would not return the money and would not help with the case at all. Previously, I had come to inquire about the progress of the case with the Central Investigation Bureau twice, but there was no progress at all. In addition, Dr. Kammalo threatened me again that he had connections in every government agency. The victims could not do anything to them. And now, many victims have given up. Now, the fake company has closed all related Facebook pages and also closed the company and ran away after the news. But I still find that Dr. Kammalo still has the behavior of deceiving people continuously. Today, the group of victims decided to ask for hel p from any government agency through the media at the Central Investigation Bureau to help act as a medium and a mouthpiece for various government agencies to help urgently track down and arrest Dr. Kamma-lor and his gang, including tracking down the victims' money to alleviate the damage and provide compensation, along with offering a reward of 1 million baht for any agency that can arrest Dr. Kamma-lor and his gang and track down and return the money to the victims.
