Nearly 17,000 children aged 1-5 in Ho Chi Minh City got measles jabs from August 31 to September 2 as the city recently declared the contagious and serious airborne disease an epidemic. Under the vaccination campaign carried out in 22 districts and Thu Duc city, 6,821 more children will be vaccinated on September 4.
