Tourism Authority of Thailand, Minister of Tourism and Sports invites everyone to join the 'Amazing Muay Thai Experience' activity for the 2nd year and prepares to travel to support the Thai athletes during the 2024 Olympic Games. Mr. Sermsak Pongpanich, Minister of Tourism and Sports, confirmed his readiness to organize the activity 'Amazing Muay Thai Experience' inviting Muay Thai lovers to travel deep into the birthplace of 'Muay Thai' through the identity of 4 ancient Muay Thai styles to stimulate tourism during the off-season in both major cities and tourist destinations nationwide and to spread the identity of Muay Thai art, which is considered one of the Soft Powers, to groups of foreign tourists to learn traditional Muay Thai in 4 provinces with the art of 4 ancient Muay Thai styles, the origin of the nicknames 'Korat Heavy Punch, Lopburi Smart, Chaiya Good Stance, Faster Than Sao Stance'. Scheduled to be held in 4 provinces, starting with Muay Chaiya on 2-4 August at the Chaloem Phrakiat 84th Anni versary Public Park, Phum Riang Subdistrict, Surat Thani Province, and will go on to be held in Uttaradit, Nakhon Ratchasima, and Lopburi Provinces. Activities in the event include boxing for prizes, local games related to Muay Thai, boxing equipment booths, and Muay Thai courses.
