EC, The EC reported progress on the case files related to the 2023 MP elections, confirming that they will complete the process within the legal timeframe. It revealed that there were 377 petitions, of which 373 have been completed. Seven petitions were filed with the court, while 84 were dismissed and 166 were not accepted. The EC Office has summarized its actions regarding petitions, cases, decisions and legal proceedings for the 2023 MP elections, which will be held on May 14, 2023. This includes consideration of 250 petitions, which were ordered not to be accepted but were collected as information in 166 cases. As there was no basis, the petitions were dismissed and 84 cases were ordered to be closed.
